Information about their collection of these letters and other supporting material -- the "Jeffrey Noles Rajneesh Collection", named for Osho's immigration lawyer Jeffrey Noles, who compiled them in 1983 and donated them to the OHS -- can be found at this page. The wiki is grateful to the OHS for making access available for these documents. For more information and links to all the letters, see Testimonial letters.

Scherz 4 th July 83

To whom it may concern

After a vocational training as a goldsmith I got into a formation as a teacher. Further on I did a special training to become on educator for social handicapped children. In this job I have been working for 13 Years. 5 years ago I tokk courses of Paramahansa Yogananda. About in this time I heard the first time of Bhagwan. It was through my brother I heard of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. I read a book of Him and at the very moment I was very affected of His language an the beauty of His person.

Up to now there was no occasion for me to see Bhagwan physically - neither in Poona nor in the USA.

From the people around Him and from the communities I have come to know Ifeel very strong this kind of Life energy I like so much. In my opinion the way of living and working together as it is realised now in Rajneeshpuram or in smaller Communes in Europe is the most persuaded possibility of try-out a new consciousness and a new understanding of our world - and the problems of it.

Sincerly yours
Sw. Dhyan Muktesh
