This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch.  Swami Niraj To whom it may concern: I am 25 years old and live in a Neo-Sannyas Commune in Italy. In April 1980 I became a disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. At that time this didn't change the way of my life. I continued to study agriculture, got my degree, started working and so on. But the quality of my life had changed completely. The meditations developed by Bhagwan, which I integrated into my daily life helped me to live life with more consciousness, more happiness, with more freedom and in the same time with more responsability. My personal relationship with my Master is based on silence. To feel his love and to act out of this love is enough for me. I think that words only would destroy what Bhagwan wants to express. In fact, for his path is of the heart there is nothing which can be said through words. Listening to his silence for me is like coming to the source of life. Through my visit in Rajneeshpuram in July of this year one of the most impressing experiences for me was to see this commune functioning in such a beautiful way. There and also in our sannyas community in Italy, people are living together with so much harmony and peacefulness in a space where everybody has all possibilities for his individual inner growth. To see this and to know that it is no more just a dream but reality fills me with very much gratitude towards my Master Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. Sincerely |
