Information about their collection of these letters and other supporting material -- the "Jeffrey Noles Rajneesh Collection", named for Osho's immigration lawyer Jeffrey Noles, who compiled them in 1983 and donated them to the OHS -- can be found at this page. The wiki is grateful to the OHS for making access available for these documents. For more information and links to all the letters, see Testimonial letters.

To whom it may concern

I. came in contact with Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh about 8 years ago, when I was working as an educational psychologist in W-Germany. I was counselling parents and families, also doing play therapy with children in groups and individually.

Beside the M.A. in education and psycholgy I got a training in counselling and play therapy. I felt very unsatisfied about the usual psychological education being taught in the universities and also about the way psychologists treat their patients.

Both are very heady and loveless and too scientific. Psychology doesn’t regard intuition and basic spiritual needs.

I started looking for deeper understanding and help and met Bhagwan in a training of Gestalt-therapy and Bioenergetics. My first experience was His meditations which totally changed me. Through them I lost a lot of my tensions and the negativity towards myself; they made me feel happy, trusting and loving.

My work changed rapidly. I had much deeper understanding and love for my patients. Bhagwans discourses and His books also helped me to understand with the mind beside the experimental teaching.

Bhawan is certainly a man of extraordinary abilities and understanding, as His view of man is so much more total, deeper and clearer than the modern psychology. His is a loving example for a new man who is loving, caring and intelligent. As He has looked deeply into man’s problems and his complexity He is a tremendous inspiration and help for the whole world. The presence of a religious and spiritual leader with exceptional capacity and tremendous abilities like Bhagwan is a benefit for any country.
