The chamber was created Nov 4, 1983, as a non-profit corporation. Corporate documents list the president as Sw Anand Moses, a New York native and the secretary as Ma Sudipo, a Spokane, Washington, native who has been a Rajneesh Legal Services Corp. paralegal and a Rolls-Royce buyer for the movement.
The chamber’s press relations bureau, directed by Chilean-born Ma Prem Isabel, advised most other entities on Rancho Rajneesh.
