- "Untill 1973 Keertan & Tratak were 2 regular meditations in all Meditation Camps, where Osho used to conduct these techniques himself.
- When the Poona ashram started in March 1974, he stopped conducting meditations.
- There are many kinds of TRATAK (GAZING) suggested by him.
