Shailendra 2019-01-25: till 1973 Keertan & Tratak were 2 regular meditations in all Meditation Camps, where Osho used to conduct these techniques himself.
When Poona ashram started in March 1974, then he stopped conducting meditations.
There are many kinds of TRATAK (GAZING) suggested by him.
There is one method, when everyone after night discourse, gazed at him, jumping and shouting HOO. The light was only up on him, the meditators remained in dark. (See e.g. event 5 Sept 1973 The Supreme Doctrine ~ 03)
