Being a vegetarian is comfortable, enjoyable, and healthy; gently slip out of your laziness, habit, conditioning, and vice and enter your world of dignity, ethics, and integrity. All we need is already here, present, and infinitely available both as information and as a tangible element to taste, digest, and use, and it's so simple that a small book like this is enough to acquire all the knowledge necessary for transformation. Because being a vegetarian is not just a matter of only eating vegetables; those are herbivores. To keep ourselves in excellent health and physical shape, we need something more; we need proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and consciousness. Apart from the last one, all of these nutrients are abundantly supplied to us by the plant kingdom. The last element, consciousness, which may seem of minor importance because we do not eat, is the most fundamental of all, and no one gives it to us! We have to cultivate it, feed it, and put it into practice to be human; otherwise, we are simply carnivores, like cats and reptiles, or omnivores, like pigs and crows, or herbivores, like sheep and cattle. We, however, are human beings and have consciousness. Vegetarian cuisine is health, vitality, harmony, longevity, ethics, responsibility, integrity, dignity, joy, satisfaction, tranquility, and much more to discover together, such as learning how to prepare noble proteins at super low cost and 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 acids, 0 adrenaline, 0 km, 0 violence, and just a high protein content!!!
