This film serves as a welcoming introduction to Osho Commune International, Poona, in the 1990s.

The video opens with an introduction that includes a tour of the commune’s amenities, including the post office and a shop with daily necessities. It demonstrates and explains the Osho Plaza, offers safety tips and shows the place in the commune to purchase robes, encourages commune participation in events and therapeutic groups, and introduces Osho Meditations, particularly Dynamic Meditation and its phases.

Additionally, Osho Multiversity is provided in full together with a variety of therapeutic and group offers up to working meditation.

Osho Pythagoras' medical facilities and the commune's Aids-Free Zone are highlighted as resources for maintaining health. The documentary also touches on drug bans, the Poona neighborhood and an Osho White Robe Brotherhood meeting.

Finally an Osho discourse on mediation „From the False to the Truth“, Chapter 22 („You are the only hope“) ends this documentary.
