There is some unclarity about editions which we needn't elaborate but consensus is settling on this title (without "Acharya" and with this cover) as the "Revised Second Edition," published in 1978. This reported by Printsasia, as is the TOC below.
- TOC:
- Section I : THE SEARCHER AFTER TRUTH :
- 1.Preliminary
- 2. Rajneesh and Gurdjieff
- 3. Krishnamurti and Rajneesh
- 4. ‘Arise and know thyself’
- 5. Zen Buddhism and Rajneesh
- Section II : THE MIDDLE WAY
- 1. From Sex to Superconsciousness
- 2. Tantricism
- 3. The Letter Killeth
- 4. Yoga
- 5. Riding far into Political Chaos
- Section III : CONCLUSION: CINDERS AND SUMMARIES
Also worth mentioning is Prasad's page for Osho titles he quotes from often enough to establish a list of abbreviations for footnote-citations (his transliterations reproduced):
AD - Ahimsa Darshan |
PP - Path ke Pradeep |
This is the earliest known bibliographical approach to Osho's books, books all certifiably published as of 1970, though it of course is not complete. All can be found in Hindi Publications except Yukrand and Jyoti Shikha, which were magazines and can be found in Newspapers and Magazines. Note that there are two Osho books named Path ke Pradeep. Prasad's citation refers to the earlier one, rendered as Path Ke Pradip in the wiki.
Source for this page/list was a G**gle Books peek inside the book. When last seen, this page was not one of those available but it may show up again on the Great G**gle Roulette Wheel. -- doofus-9 (talk) 10:59, 20 January 2015 (PST)
The Toc and list are confirmed in a physical copy, and are exactly the same as in the first edition. Found a Google Books edition. --Sugit (talk) 13:04, 13 May 2015 (UTC)
