Previously, and apparently later, published as Aswikriti Mein Utha Haath (अस्वीकृति में उठा हाथ). BGAM was probably published in 1970. Most of the original talks were likely given in early Dec 1968 in Mumbai. See Aswikriti's talk page for the details of sorting all this out.
