- हंसते-खेलते हुए ध्यान धरने की खेलपूर्ण कला सिखाते हैं ये पांच प्रवचन। ओशो कहते हैं कि ध्यान कोई ऊपर से आरोपित करने की बात नहीं, यह हमारा स्वभाव है। जो हमारा है और जिसे हम भूल चुके हैं, उसी की पुन: याद—रिमेंबरिंग ही ध्यान है।
- ओशो ने ध्यान को किसी मंदिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारे की बपौती होने से बचाया है क्योंकि ये सही होते हुए भी सही बात कहने में सक्षम नहीं रह गए हैं। इनकी भाषा समसामयिक नहीं रही। और आज के मनुष्य के शिक्षण की व्यवस्था वैज्ञानिक है इसलिए एक वैज्ञानिक व्यवस्था, आधुनिकतम व्याख्या, प्रतीक भाषा, सबका समसामयिक होना आवश्यक है। इस पुस्तक में यही तालमेल बिठाने के अपूर्व प्रयोग की चर्चा है जिससे हमें यह जानने में मदद मिलती है कि औषधि-विज्ञान, संतुलित भोजन, सम्यक निद्रा इन सबके अंतर्संबंध को जान लेने से ध्यान यानि अपने स्वभाव में आसानी से प्रविष्ट हुआ जा सकता है।
