Title translates roughly as "Sexuality Meditation and Nudity". It is a compilation from various talks, only first chapter is complete talk. Although they are parts, a few of them first published.

Ch.1 published also as Yuvak Aur Yaun (युवक और यौन) (Kamla Nehru Nagar, JJK editions and as ch.1 of 5 of Diamond editions).

Ch.2 is one of questions of ch.3 of Bharat Ke Jalte Prashna (भारत के जलते प्रश्न).

Ch.3 compiled from two small parts: first part (named "सौंदर्य का मन्दिर") is a part of ch.4 of Shunya Ki Naav (शून्य की नाव) and also as ch.4 of Neti-Neti (नेति-नेति); the second (with title "मुक्त यौन") is from Vidroh Kya Hai? (विद्रोह क्या है?), which published also as ch.10 (of 18) of Sambhog Se Samadhi Ki Or (संभोग से समाधि की ओर).

Ch.4 is a part from ch.15 of Sadhana-Sutra (साधना-सूत्र).

Ch.5 is a part from ch.14 of Geeta-Darshan, Adhyaya 1-2 (गीता-दर्शन, अध्याय १-२).

Ch.6 is a part from ch.10 of Samadhi Ke Sapt Dwar (समाधि के सप्त द्वार).
