Osho wrote many letters in Hindi to Ma Yoga Prem which were published in various letter collections. This one is dated 11th June 1970 and was published in Prem Ke Phool (प्रेम के फूल) as letter #144. The small PS on the reverse side appears not to have been included in Prem Ke Phool, at least according to a pdf of the first edition
The letterhead reads:

The logo in the upper right corner is a Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo, in two colours. The letterhead is the classic one from the late-Jabalpur period. The letter is written in black ink with the signature in a bright blue-green.
