Osho wrote many letters in Hindi and English to Sw Chaitanya Veetaraga, some of which were published in various letter collections. This one is in Hindi, dated 14th December 1970 and addressed to him as Kamlesh. It was published in Antarveena (अंतर्वीणा), letter #36.

The letterhead is a typical one from the Churchgate period, similar in design to the long-time Kamala Nehru Nagar letterhead used in Jabalpur, with a simple all-lower-case "acharya rajneesh" and a two-colour Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo. The address is in a third colour and all-caps.

The whole letter is written in black ink.
