The letterhead reads:

The logo in the upper right corner is a Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo, in two colours. The letterhead is the classic one from the late-Jabalpur period.
The letter is dated 29th July 1969, recipient is unknown, the salutation a non-specific "My Beloved". It is not known to have been previously published.
