Letterhead reads, in Devanagari:
- Acharya Rajneesh (oriented vertically)
- 115, Napier Town, Jabalpur (M.P.) (oriented normally)
It is dated the afternoon of 3rd September 1963 in Jabalpur and signed with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published.
The recipient is Rajendranath Tripathi, who worked for the Life Insurance Corp of India in Nagpur, then transferred to Bombay. It is one of four letters known to have been written to him.
