Tracks are mostly instrumental, extended meditations exploring musical themes, often an east-west fusion. Exceptions to "instrumental" are If You Don't Fight With Life and Winds of Persia, the former arriving at the familiar song about half-way through, and the latter's vocals being completely non-verbal.
