Incorporated in 1975 as "Chidvilas Rajneesh Meditation Center" in Montclair, New Jersey.
Renamed in 1978 to "Rajneesh Foundation International" (RFI, USA).
It operated the Oregon ranch and it incorporated Rajneesh Foundation Europe.
Near the end of the ranch in 1985 RFI changed its name to "Rajneesh Friends International" (RFI, USA).
This foundation has been dissolved.
