Ramanuja was the typing pool in Rajneeshpuram, meaning they sat around and prepared professional-looking documents for all and sundry who needed it. This was back in the days before word processors, never mind personal computers, when mistakes were corrected by white-out and other mechanical means, so they had to be pretty good ...
