The author is a friend of Osho and academic from Jabalpur.
The book is a translation of his Hindi book of the year before, Acharya Rajneesh: Samanvaya, Vishleshan Tatha Samsiddhi (आचार्य रजनीश: समन्वय, विश्लेषण तथा संसिद्धि) (1969), and is possibly the earliest book about Osho in English.
Contains an Index and many footnotes with references.
A second, revised edition was published in 1978 under the title Rajneesh: The Mystic of Feeling, by the same publishers and with the same subtitle.
