Beloved master, somewhere in those far-off Poona days this quotation hit me -- the author and exact words now forgotten, but it seems to say everything there is to say. "The greatest good fortune that can befall a man is to be born in the age of a buddha. Even greater is the good fortune of he who comes to hear of the existence of the buddha. And even greater still is the good fortune of he who is drawn into the family of the buddha."

So my question is: How can any sannyasin be such a peabrain as to not be here with you come hell or high water, poison or prison, bullets or boredom, anguish or AIDS?
