- This unique event is unparalleled in Osho's whole work of 36 years, from Enlightenment to leaving his body. For warm-ups, he had been doing small "energy experiments" with 7-800 people in Birla Kreeda Kendra auditorium in Mumbai. This was an open-air public energy experiment with 80-90,000 people and no security. - Instructions for the energy meditation experiment are given for a one-hour event in three stages of twenty minutes each, framed by commentary and anecdotes.
- Stage one: drop the ego and stare at Osho, allowing him to come in
- Stage two: catharsis and movement as shaped by the experience of the energy
- Stage three: expression of gratitude, in singing, dance, laughing, etc
