It was written in the morning of 12th January 1963 and signed with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published. The recipient's name is Manubhai Deshai (last name uncertain). The wiki has images of two other letters written to him at Letter written on 26 May 1963 and Letter written on 23 May 1964, the latter being typed rather than handwritten.
