Letter to Gulab Bhai Soni, in Gadarwara. It is unknown if it was published. It was written on 20th September 1960, on his personal letterhead stationery of the day: The top left corner reads: Rajneesh / Darshan Vibhag (Philosophy Dept) / Mahakoshal Mahavidhalaya (Mahakoshal University). The top right reads: Nivas (Home) / Yogesh Bhavan, Napiertown / Jabalpur (M.P.). Many of his letters on this letterhead have had the number 115 added in by hand before "Yogesh Bhavan" to complete his address; this is one of them. In fact, it is not only the earliest known specimen of this letterhead but of any of Osho's personal letterheads.

The wiki has images of three other short letters written to Gulab Bhai and a fourth which MAY be written to him. The three known ones are all written on postcards, with the fourth on a later, different letterhead:

Note: As per Hindu calendar of 1960 Durgashtami was on Wednesday, September 28, 1960 - this is celebrated in Navratri normally two days before Dusshra - and DURGOTSAV is starts five days before Durgashtami.
