The logo in the upper right corner is the familiar Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo. It is signed in Mumbai Sep 20 1971, shortly before the Nirvan Upanishad (निर्वाण उपनिषद) camp at Mt Abu. The name written in blue ink is Sadhvi Yoga Asheesh which was crossed out with red ink and replaced by the new name Ma Yoga Krishna. It appears that the crossing-out is what is dated; thus, the previous "Sadhvi" name may well have been written well before that. And this would accord with the "Acharya Rajneesh" in the letterhead, as Osho had changed his name to Bhagwan in Apr or May of that year and would likely not have been using old stationery.

Letterhead is from Woodlands. It reads, in Devanagari script:

Acharya Rajneesh
A-1 Woodland Apartments, Peddar Road, Bombay

The logo in the upper right corner is the familiar Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo. It is signed in Mumbai Sep 20 1971, shortly before the Nirvan Upanishad (निर्वाण उपनिषद) camp at Mt Abu. The name written in blue ink is Sadhvi Yoga Asheesh which was crossed out with red ink and replaced by the new name Ma Yoga Krishna. The crossing-out with the red pen is what is dated; the date the previous "Sadhvi" name was given is not known, whether months before or just days.

See discussion for a consideration of the ins and outs of the possible timing of the Sadhvi name, as that will be related to when the Devanagari letterhead was in use.
