It appears to be the single original talk, given in Patkar Hall in Mumbai (no date), of Nari Aur Kranti, which became ch 3 of Nari Aur Kranti (नारी और क्रान्ति) (4 talks) and was eventually included in Sambhog Se Samadhi Ki Or (संभोग से समाधि की ओर) as ch 13.
