(Time for a "Politics and Society" category?) Meanwhile, this book: One source ("Doc X") places it as a one-day thing on Jan 21, 1968 in Bombay but this looks dubious, as the twelve discourses are on average an hour each. One cannot imagine such a day. Perhaps at best it is one date of several/many.

Also, tantalizingly, one site purports to offer a pdf e-book of this title, making a published version somewhat of a possibility. -- Sarlo (talk) 09:03, 28 January 2014 (PST)
