About the formats available, first the e-book: The existence of an e-book does not necessarily mean it came from a published book. Just as easily one could create one from an unpublished manuscript, edited or otherwise, or even from transcribing from audio, though that would be less likely. The decent possibility that there has been a book published keeps this book out of the dreaded "never been published" category, but i have looked at the e-book and it's very rough, not even divided into chapters, so ya never know.
About the audio, there are two versions available, one with four mp3s and one with seven. Exactly why there are two versions is not clear. Three later ones merged with four earlier ones? Seven original discourses with three pairs of short ones merged, leaving only four. Four original split into seven?
