About the footer ....
The problem with all three lines of the footer is their illegibility at the end, as the text fades and is otherwise degraded. The first line has been left as the best we can do for now. The second and third lines were in a very similar state but a related footer has shown up in another letter and there is every reason to believe that its second and third lines are identical to those here, so they have been imported. The first lines are clearly different. (If anyone cares.)
And fwiw, the previous version of those two lines, up to the point of illegibility:
