И слова эти, если их действительно услышать, могут помочь нам измениться, могут открыть нам истину.
Стихи Пифагора, которые Ошо цитирует в этой книге, – все, что осталось от трудов удивительного человека. Пифагор был готов делиться с каждым своими знаниями, но часть их была уничтожена, часть – предана забвению, забыта из-за того, что мир увидел в Пифагоре только математика и не увидел поэта...
«Западный ум уделяет слишком большое внимание вещам, которые можно использовать во внешнем мире. Теорема Пифагора имела огромное значение, без этой теоремы мировая геометрия лишилась бы чего-то очень важного... Поэтому Запад считает, что Пифагор был в первую очередь математиком, а мистицизм был всего лишь его эксцентричным увлечением. На самом деле, все было наоборот: мистицизм был его душой, а математика – всего лишь хобби» (Ошо).
